The Bubble Nebula

NGC 7635, AKA the Bubble Nebula, is the little oval shockwave in the midst of some cotton candy nebulosity, as seen in the lower left corner of this image. In the upper right is the glittering open star cluster M52. Both objects lie in the constellation Cassiopeia. The Bubble is a tough object for visual observers, but M52 can be seen in any decent telescope.

This was shot with my lovely little Astro-Physics Stowaway refractor, a 92mm instrument at f/6.7. ZWO ASI294MC Pro camera, a stack of 36 5-minute exposures.
